IB Náutica Group, a family-owned Nautical company, was established in 1998 with an exclusive agreement for the sale of yachtsto the Dominican Republic and Haiti with the Italian shipyard Azimut-Benetti.

In 2002 IB Náutica Group was founded, the only naval shipyard for luxury yachts in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Ricoand the Caribbean with the exclusive dealership of many marine equipment.
